    We found Jennifer Trinco completely by luck of the draw but we could not have made a better choice. We were looking to purchase a home in Evergreen, while living in Boston. Our first interaction was through a home we saw on Zillow, from which I contacted the first broker listed - which was Jennifer. I asked her if she would be willing to show the house to my 20-something children living in the area as we were 2000 miles away. She was not at all put off by that and immediately arranged to meet them the next day. Over the following 6-8 months we met Jennifer locally several times, and our son met her several more times for houses we saw online. We entered a Buyer's Broker agreement with Jennifer, impressed by her local knowledge and especially her willingness to explore all options with us. We are now under contract for a wonderful home, obtained by Jennifer's expert guidance through the bidding process. In the current Evergreen market, her guidance was absolutely essential to the success of our bid. We recommend Jennifer without hesitation!
