  I went to H&R Block because I felt I had outgrown the use of TurboTax or any online software. I was mistaken as I clearly knew more about filing taxes than my "Tax Professional". The individual who I received used quotes such as "Let's see if we can get away with not typing all that detail" and "I might have the code wrong, lets double check". I had to teach my "expert" how to download the forms I uploaded in to the system to "save time". Upon final review I pointed out an error that swung my return by another $150. These people have great commercials but know nothing.
  
  Go to a real professional who will be worth the money, or keep using TurboTax.
